Barre is based on the Lotte Berk Method of Transformation Exercise. Barre has been called the ultimate body transformation system. This is a no-nonsense, results oriented fitness method that firms, stretches and sculpts muscles into their optimal form. Barre is a non-impact method of concentrated movements and deep muscle conditioning with amazingly fast results. Attention to detail make this class effective and fulfilling! Classes are limited to 8 people.
