Pilates Springboard is a wall mounted version of Joseph Pilates’ spring-based trapeze table (or Cadillac) which accommodates the entire Pilates mat series, and SO much more. Because of its vertical nature, Springboard allows for more aerobic applications (lunging, running, jumping, etc.), which translate to wonderful cardiovascular benefits inside your Pilates program!  Classes are limited to 6 people. All classes are open level.

Circuit Springboard

This class combines Pilates Springboard and fitness based mat work inside an interval training format.  Push yourself for 60 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. High energy music and a quick cardio pace make this class super fun! Join us for an hour of muscle challenging, heart pumping, core strengthening exercise that flys by! 

Classes are limited to 6 people.
